Safety

Runners must be over 15 years of age and are responsible for their own safety.  The organisers will not be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred during or as a result of participation in this event, or any property lost or damaged. The race route will re-open to traffic after 1½ hours, and if you choose to take longer, you will not be considered part of the race.

Payment

All payments are non-refundable and race entry is non-transferable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, as we have race costs that will still need to be paid. Race dates may be subject to change due to circumstances outwith our control, however in the unlikely event of a date change we will offer the chance to defer race entry to the next year.

Communication

We do not post anything out. Email addresses will be used as primary communication for the race – the person who places the order should get an order confirmation email after payment, and a separate payment confirmation email from Paypal. Individual entrants will receive further information emails closer to the time of the race. Race numbers / timing chips will be collected at registration from the race venue, Balfron High School, on the morning of the race. Please leave sufficient time for this. For 2022 race numbers with embedded chips have been sent out to all registered runners. If you are registered to run and have not received your race number, pease contact us. A limited quantity of replacement race numbers will be available from the Help desk on race day. T-shirts, medals and race goodies can be collected after the race.
